1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AnnaFurniture website (AnnaFurniture.shop) and all services provided by AnnaRAddy Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), including custom furniture design, manufacturing, delivery, and installation services across Karnataka, India.

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

3. Services Description

AnnaFurniture provides custom furniture design and manufacturing services including but not limited to:

• Modular kitchen design and installation
• Custom wardrobes and storage solutions
• Living room furniture (sofas, TV units, shelves)
• Bedroom furniture (beds, dressing tables, side tables)
• Dining tables, chairs, and crockery units
• Office and study furniture
• Full home furnishing packages

All furniture is custom-made to order. We do not sell ready-made or stock furniture.

4. Service Area

Our services are available exclusively within the state of Karnataka, India. Manufacturing is done at our Bengaluru facility. Delivery and installation are available across all districts of Karnataka.

5. Ordering Process

The ordering process consists of:

• Step 1: Consultation and requirement gathering
• Step 2: Home visit and measurements
• Step 3: 3D design presentation and material selection
• Step 4: Quotation approval and advance payment (40%)
• Step 5: Manufacturing (20-35 days)
• Step 6: Delivery and installation

6. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST
• Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue
• Payment schedule: 40% advance, 40% during manufacturing, 20% on installation
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, NEFT/RTGS, cheque, and cash
• Prices may vary based on material costs at the time of order confirmation

7. Design Approval

• Up to 3 rounds of design revisions are included free of charge
• Additional revisions beyond 3 rounds may incur charges of ₹2,000 per revision
• Once design is approved in writing (email/WhatsApp confirmation), manufacturing begins
• Design changes after manufacturing has started may incur additional costs and timeline extensions

8. Manufacturing and Delivery Timeline

• Standard manufacturing time: 25-35 working days from design approval and advance payment
• Complex projects may take 40-50 working days
• Delivery within Bengaluru: 1-3 days after manufacturing completion
• Delivery outside Bengaluru: 3-7 days depending on location
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, material shortages) may extend timelines

9. Warranty

• Structural Warranty: 10 years on all furniture structures (carcass, joints, frames)
• Finish Warranty: 5 years on laminate, veneer, and painted surfaces (normal wear excluded)
• Hardware Warranty: As per manufacturer warranty (Hettich: 10 years, Hafele: 10 years)
• Exclusions: Damage from misuse, water damage, termite infestation, unauthorized modifications

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, 3D renders, and drawings created by AnnaFurniture remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the design rights for your specific furniture transfer to you. However, we retain the right to use project photographs for our portfolio (with your consent).

11. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about room dimensions and requirements
• Ensure clear access for delivery and installation teams
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule
• Inspect furniture upon installation and report issues within 48 hours
• Follow care and maintenance guidelines provided

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through mutual discussion
• If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
• Arbitration shall be conducted in Bengaluru, Karnataka
• The governing law shall be the laws of India
• Courts in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
