- Pre-Delivery: 48-hour advance notice of delivery date
- Installation Day: Morning confirmation with team details and ETA
- Post-Installation: Follow-up call within 7 days
5. Languages
We communicate in:
- English: All written communication, quotations, and contracts
- Kannada: Verbal communication available
- Hindi: Verbal communication available
6. Marketing Communications
- We send promotional messages only with your explicit consent
- Marketing messages are limited to 2 per month maximum
- You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us
- We never send spam or share your number with third-party marketers
7. Complaint Escalation
If your concern is not resolved satisfactorily:
- Level 1: Project coordinator (responds within 24 hours)
- Level 2: Design manager (responds within 48 hours)
- Level 3: Owner — Gagandeep (responds within 72 hours)
8. Communication Records
- All email communication is archived for reference
- WhatsApp conversations are retained for the project duration plus 2 years
- Phone calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes (with notification)
- Design approvals and payment confirmations are stored permanently
9. Do Not Disturb
We respect your time and privacy:
- We do not call before 9:30 AM or after 7:00 PM without prior arrangement
- We do not make unsolicited sales calls
- If you request no further contact, we will comply immediately
