1. Scope of Services
AnnaFurniture provides end-to-end custom furniture services including design consultation, 3D visualization, material procurement, manufacturing, delivery, and professional installation across Karnataka.
2. Service Standards
We commit to the following service standards:
- First response to enquiries within 2 hours (during business hours)
- Home visit scheduling within 3 working days of confirmation
- 3D design presentation within 5 working days of measurements
- Manufacturing commencement within 3 days of advance payment
- Weekly progress updates via WhatsApp with photos/videos
- Professional installation by trained team members
3. Materials and Quality
We use only certified, branded materials:
- Plywood: BWR-grade (Boiling Water Resistant) from Century, Greenply, or equivalent
- HDHMR: High-Density High Moisture Resistant boards from Action Tesa or equivalent
- Hardware: Hettich, Hafele, or Ebco branded fittings
- Laminates: Merino, Greenlam, or Royale Touche
- Solid Wood: Seasoned teak, sheesham, or mango wood from certified suppliers
- Adhesives: Fevicol Marine or equivalent waterproof adhesives
4. Design Process
- Free initial consultation (phone/WhatsApp/in-person)
- Free home visit for measurements within Bengaluru
- 3D photorealistic renders for visualization
- Physical material samples provided for selection
- Up to 3 design revisions included in standard pricing
- Design approval required in writing before manufacturing
5. Manufacturing Process
- CNC precision cutting for dimensional accuracy
- Machine edge-banding for seamless finishes
- 12-point quality check before dispatch
- Protective packaging for safe transport
- Dedicated furniture transport vehicles
6. Installation Standards
- Professional installation by trained carpenters
- Wall-mounting with appropriate anchors and fasteners
- Levelling and alignment to precision standards
- Hardware adjustment and mechanism testing
- Complete site cleanup after installation
- Client walkthrough and approval before team departure
7. After-Sales Service
- 48-hour issue reporting window for immediate resolution
- Warranty service requests processed within 5 working days
- Annual maintenance service available (paid, after warranty period)
- Hardware replacement available at cost price
- Touch-up and refinishing services available
8. Service Exclusions
Our service does not include:
- Civil work (wall breaking, plastering, tiling)
- Electrical work (wiring, switch installation)
- Plumbing work (pipe fitting, tap installation)
- Painting and wall finishing
- Appliance procurement and installation (we integrate client-purchased appliances)
9. Client Obligations
- Provide accurate room dimensions and access information
- Ensure clear access path for delivery (elevator, staircase width)
- Complete civil/electrical work before furniture installation date
- Be present (or authorize a representative) during installation
- Make payments as per agreed schedule
10. Service Area Coverage
- Bengaluru: Free home visit, free delivery and installation
- Within 50 km of Bengaluru: Free home visit, nominal delivery charge
- Rest of Karnataka: Travel charges for home visit, transport charges for delivery
